Our Appraiser Price Opinion (APO) is a cost-effective valuation report that includes property information, local market trends and foreclosure risk analysis created by a licensed appraiser.

The APO is and unbiased alternative to a broker price opinion (BPO) and a more reliable option to the automated valuation model (AVM). A key benefit of the APO is that it combines the local expertise of a real estate analyst with the national valuation experience of a certified review appraiser.

Our final report – signed by a licensed appraiser – consolidates third party data with current property characteristics, condition and location assessments, external neighborhood factors, market trends and digital imagery.

The appraisers conducting the APO have extensive experience and a minimum two years national review experience.  They also have expertise with troubled markets, complex properties and fraud investigations.
